Adds some horsepower, not too loud. As the car is 25 years old, it does not require emissions. It is well maintained. I have replaced; the turbos; fuel pump; ECU; brakes; tires; timing belt; valve cover gasket; window regulator; mass air flow sensor and much more. Just had a tune up and careful going over at I.M. Auohaus in Falls Church. (oil change, replaced all gaskets, replace several vacuum lines, new tires). Just passed inspection. Brand new tires, with only a few hundred miles use.
