Valve adjustment done in 2023 with new valve cover gasket by Elite Performance in Burlingame Spark plugs changed 2023 with Elite Performance Engine mounts and transmission mount were old and torn. Replaced in 2023 with Elite performance Oil pan gasket changed Smog check is cleared until 4/2026 Timing belt and water pump were changed in 2019 Battery changed in 2023 Radiator was replaced with OEM equivalent Denso model in 2021 as the old one had cracked ECT sensor changed when a check engine light went off for it in 2022 Tires and alignment done in 2023 Clutch was replaced in 2023 with OEM pilot bearing, throw out bearing, Exedy OEM replacement clutch, and new OEM shifter linkage bushings as well in 2023 with Elite Performance No oil leaks from this B18 at all Leak noted in the clutch master cylinder in 2024. Installed new clutch hydraulics in 2024. Replaced with Exedy OEM equivalent clutch master cylinder and OEM Honda slave cylinder. Have a braided clutch line that I never got to install, will include with sale. Body Body is in 9/10 condition. Nearly immaculate All dents from prior door dings on the car were removed with PDR in 2020. Even dents that can only be seen at an angle and are barely noticeable. About $800 spent for PDR to get the body perfect Car was involved in minor rear end collision in 2023. Occurred at a stop light. Other car was traveling about 10mph and I was at a stop. Rear bumper was repaired and resprayed Front bumper was resprayed in in 2020 when I acquired the car because of spider web cracking. Has OEM front bumper license plate caps. Will include hardware for front license plate if you wish to install it Front bumper and hood have rock chips from normal high way use. Some larger chips were touched up with Dr. Color chip system. Would recommend getting the hood resprayed and blended at some point if you want it to be 10/10 on the exterior Has OEM factory fog lights installed Driver side mirror housing has a crack. I have a used replacement OEM driver side mirror and passenger side mirror, but they will need to be repainted. Will include with sale. Current one works and operates normally, just the housing has a crack in it. Interior Nearly perfect. 9/10 condition. Perfect door panel cards. No warping or lifting or cracking OEM radio is still installed. All HVAC light bulbs were replaced with OEM parts. All lights work as they should. Dome lights, map lights, HVAC lights, cigarette lighter lights, coin tray light Original leather seats are in good condition for a 24 year old car. No tears. OEM leather shift knob, which has been discontinued, is still in my possession, but it was quite worn. I replaced it with an OEM Acura RSX 5 speed aluminum shift knob, but will include original shift knob in sale All OEM carpets No trunk water leaks - common issue with Integras due to rear tail light gaskets being worn out. This integra hasn't experienced this leaking issue. All clips for every panel are in place. Made a large effort to replace any broken or missing tabs/clips All aluminum/polished plastic pieces that peeled or chipped over time (common 90s Honda issue) were replaced. This includes the emergency brake button and the door lock switches. No peeling chrome
