Never winter driven, always kept in a garage. Camper van features include pop up top that sleeps two, fold down rear seat that makes another bed for 2. Built in fridge, propane stove, and sink and water tank. Has a decent amount of storage for such a small vehicle. Vehicle was professionally appraised in 2020 showing it in Very Good to Excellent condition and a value of $22,500. I will provide the appraisal for review. There are some deficiencies with vehicle: The house battery charger no longer charges the battery while the vehicle is running. It will need to be replaced, which is a good idea anyway, since newer chargers are much easier on batteries. I also assume that the charger won’t charge the house battery when plugged in to shore power, but I haven’t tested. The fuel gauge is inaccurate. I think this is due to the cluster voltage regulator. I have a replacement that should work, I’m just not willing to do the work. The cruise control doesn’t work. I think it’s something to do with air leaking, but I haven’t investigated it. The passenger swivel seat base has been replaced with a non-swivelling one. The old one broke and I couldn’t find an OEM replacement anywhere. I will include a swivel base that fits the van, but it needs some modification to get the seatbelts to attach. There are some small rust spots in various places. The asking price reflects these deficiencies. I’ll provide all the service records, any spare parts I have kicking around and a full set of Bentley manuals for the van. Asking $20,000.
