New motor mounts. Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo with .48 A/R Ford Sierra RS Cosworth intercooler & radiator. Custom intercooler pipes. Custom exhaust header. 3" downpipe with 3" exhaust to side exit. VAM remounted behind passenger headlight w/ K&N filter All fuel injectors were cleaned and calibrated . The fuel tank was removed and restored with an upgraded Walbro in-tank pump. Aeroquip fuel lines, from fuel tank to engine 3G alternator with Ford Ranger bracket, moved to the other side of the engine. Power steering removed. Drivetrain and Suspension: G-Force close ratio, non-synchronized T5 transmission with McLeod clutch & pressure plate. RestoMod shifter. 7.5" Ford Scorpio LSD differential 3:64:1 Stock front brakes with Mintex 1154 pads. Rear drums were removed and replaced with Ford ThunderBird disc brakes. LEDA Front Coil-Overs, 24 position adjustable, height adjustable, remote reservoir fittings, hats and 600lbs, 2.5” Hypercoil springs. LEDA Rear Coil-Overs, 24 position adjustable, height adjustable, remote reservoir fittings, hats and 300lbs, 2.25” Hypercoil springs. Adjustable front LCA. Ford Sierra RS Cosworth sway bars (front & rear) Rear suspension has adjustable camber & toe Rear wishbone was power coated and bushings were replaced with polyurethane bushings. 15 X 7.5 Borbet wheels with Toyo RA-1 tires. Body and Interior: Repainted. Ford Sierra RS Cosworth body kit: Bumper, grille, metal hood, arches and rear wing Autobody Race Roll Cage (with custom additions) fully welded. The interior is gutted. No door glass, carpet, seats, headliner. The car has been completely rewired for racing. All extraneous wiring has been removed. Custom dash with circuit breakers and switch panel.
