Selling my 1986 bmw 635csi under NON OP registration meaning there’s no back fees. This was my project car which I had the plans to fully restore, but space became issue for me. This car is very rare , original paint, original 5-speed manual, 2 original keys. Comes with rare original BBS RS with 4 brand new tires. Comes with loads of brand new parts I bought to restore this car, too many to list, but easily 3-3.5K just in brand new parts.. All brand new brake parts all original 6 injectors...

Our Take:
  • Model Significance: The 1986 BMW 635CSi, often dubbed the 'Shark Nose' due to its distinct front end design, represents the apex of the BMW E24 lineage. Known for its blend of luxury and performance, the 635CSi was a testament to BMW's engineering excellence of the era; enthusiasts often regard it as a classic gran turismo that was ahead of its time.
  • Rarity and Collectibility: Owning a 635CSi with a manual transmission is like finding a needle in a haystack—especially one still draped in its original paint. The manual gearbox was less common than its automatic counterpart, making it especially desirable among purists who savor the tactile connection to the car's inline-six engine.
  • Iconic Wheels: The inclusion of the rare original BBS RS wheels is a cherry on top for any car aficionado. These wheels are prized for their aesthetic and lightweight construction, originally designed to enhance both the style and performance of the car—truly a piece of art for those who know their alloys.
  • Restoration Potential: With a treasure trove of brand new parts—including original brake components, injectors, and extra Recaro seats—this 635CSi is a restorer's dream. The presence of these parts speaks to the seller's commitment to preservation, offering a golden opportunity for someone ready to bring this ‘80s icon back to its full glory.
