The purchaser's son requested they do it in a Discovery, and this is when I purchased the vehicle. Condition The previous owner pulled a lot of the wiring out for the accessories (power to a sink, dual high end GPS that was non-functioning, auxilliary lights). What I have done: New shocks New brake lines, gas lines. Exhaust Y-pipe repaired Steering box rebuilt New 5 speed gearbox from Ashcroft Range Rover Wheels with K02 tires (original steel wheels come with the vehicle) My project List not completed: One spot of rust repair under the windscreen Replace existing doors Renew Roof rack and re-install Remove interior Sound deaden Wood flooring in rear Source original seats Source and install new headliner Rewire dash A couple of the outriggers are marginal, the bulkhead and frame are in great shape. The two front doors are pooched, clearly they leaked and the bottoms of the frames are rotted out.
