A 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 is a head-turner, for sure. Back in the early '90s, this model really stirred the automotive pot with its audacious design and rip-roaring V10 engine. The Viper RT/10 was a sign of Dodge’s intent to make a bold, quintessentially American sports car, and it sure delivered on that promise.
The V10 engine was nothing short of a beast. Originally developed by Chrysler with a nod to Lamborghini (which Chrysler owned at the time), it played a huge role in establishing the Viper's intimidating persona. This particular model has a newly rebuilt 6-speed T56 transmission, which would've originally been paired with a manual, making that automatic transmission quite curious. Seems like an opportunity missed; yet, some may enjoy the ease.
Gen3 Viper wheels and the custom CNC machined aluminum center caps are notable upgrades. These wheels give the '94 model a more modern edge while retaining that muscular stance the Viper is famous for. The powder-coated black finish is sleek, and the date-correct center caps are a nice homage to authenticity while adding a dash of personal flair.
This Viper's straight-piped exhaust would surely make it roar with authority. It’s not known for subtlety, that's for sure. Plus, with the Toyo Proxes R888R tires on those wide 345/30/19s, it's clear this car isn’t just for show—it's built to grip and growl through the turns.
