In 2015, the Mercedes-Benz was acquired by a British enthusiast, who imported the vehicle and maintained it for an additional two years before transferring ownership to a collector in 2017 where this 190SL has undergone a comprehensive top-end engine rebuild, along with an extensive overhaul of the suspension and brakes, as well as engine servicing and tuning of the carburetors. This beautiful 190SL was then acquired and imported to the US in 2023 and remains in Florida.
