This car is a little rough around the edges, but mechanically sound. If you are looking for an all original, unmolested car, this is not it. That being said, this is a beautiful, running, driving piece of history that turns heads like nothing else I've experienced. This car puts a huge smile on your face as well as everyone around you. Most people have never heard of the n360. They are incredibly rare in the united states.
The car is capable of ~75 mph, but you will not be very interested in trying to reach that. It’s practical cruising speed is around 55mph. This is not a daily driver, just something to take to car shows on the weekends.
MECHANICAL
Always starts up, but keep in mind this is a 50+ year old carbureted car and sometimes it takes a little finesse. Runs and drives good. Goes into every gear, no grinds, pop-outs, or noises from the transmission. Does have a slow oil leak, haven't investigated yet. Exhaust is very loud and raspy. Not exactly sure why, it has a big muffler. Might want a resonator as well. Car is on custom coilovers in the front, and the ride is pretty firm, but not ridiculously so. Car has brand new tires.
EXTERIOR
15-20 footer, but looks really good from that 15-20 feet! Not original paint, has been repainted multiple times, you can see past colors in the door jambs and in the engine bay. Current color is an infiniti color. Paint is cracking in some places, has runs, and some orange peel. Driver's door does not open from the outside handle. I typically reach my hand through the small “vent” window and open it from the inside. The car has an n600 front end (swapped by previous owner). The panels don't line up perfectly, there is a bit of a gap where the front fenders meet the doors. The car also has a home made front air dam also made by the previous owner. The passenger door has holes where the previous owner had mounted a mirror. Rear bumper was cut by previous owner to accommodate a custom exhaust which is no longer installed. The car has a few rust spots in the door jambs, but a clean undercarriage.
INTERIOR
Interior is pretty nice, especially considering the car's age. Front seats are nearly perfect, some seams have ripped, but look like they could be stitched back together to look brand new. Back side of the rear seatback is torn up. Visible from the rear window. Plastic trim on either side of the back seat is cracked. Entire dashboard is in immaculate shape. Original radio is present but I believe it is not wired up. Headliner is PERFECT, and i believe its original.
Feel free to ask any questions. More photos/videos available upon request.
Asking $4500.
